About Preparatory Choir

The preparatory choir consists of 25-35 children in grades three and four. Most of these children are recommended for audition by music teachers in the public schools. The teachers consider the child’s general attitude and participation in regular music classes as well as their ability to match pitch. The child is not expected to be a trained musician but to have a general love of music and singing.
