  • Title a Post with the event name and year; leave other details for the Post.
  • Type a Post with who, what, when, where, how, etc.
  • Decide if the Show on Front Page button ought to be checked.
  • Choose the correct categories.
    • Choirs involved
    • Kind of event
  • Scroll to the bottom of the Editing screen to see the Event Calendar options.
    • Click the + button to add a date.
    • Update the date and time for the start and leave the end if it spans just a few hours/one day.
    • If the event spans more than one day, you can add the second date by clicking the + button again.
  • Publish the Post.
  • View the home page to ensure the correct title, date, and time show in the Upcoming Events list.

          Update the membership directory information

          • Click Dashboard.
          • Click the Profile tab (in the Users area).
          • In the Name box, Choose the proper case version of your name from the dropdown menu.
          • Type a sentence about the role you play for the choir in the About the User box.
          • Update your Email Address.
          • Change your password.
            • Write down the new password.
          • Click Update Profile.

          Logout

          When done writing/editing, logout by clicking Sign Out in the Dashboard, or Logout in the Toolbar menu of the public view.

          Upload a photo or document

          When Writing or Editing a news post, scroll down below the Save button to Upload a document or photo.

          Please prepare you images first. They must be no wider than 500px, 72dpi, and file size lower than 100k.

          1. Click Browse to search your hard drive for the file you want to upload.
            • Type the title of the document or name of the photo.
            • Type the description of the document (summary of the information or author, date, dimensions, media of the photo).
            • Click Upload.
          2. View the Browse All list of uploaded files.
          3. Click on the thumbnail picture of your document.
            • Choose these options:
              • Full size
              • None
            • Choose Send to Editor.
            • Scroll up to the Page Content box to see where the link or image or link was pasted.
            • Select the link or image and Cut (Control-x).
              • Paste the link or photo where you want it.
              • Click Save.
