     Wow, what great Oregon fall weather we are having! And what great singing we are hearing at the Presbyterian church on Monday and Tuesday evenings! Thanks to all coordinators, parents and singers for a great beginning to the season. I hope that everyone is checking out the website for any news! And speaking of weather, remember that in the case of inclement weather, all questions about canceling choir will be posted on the website if that is ever necessary. You will NOT be called individually!

HVCC Registration Forms

If you have not already registered your singer(s) in choir, please plan to complete the Family Information Form and the Volunteer Form no later than Tuesday, September 30th. Forms may be turned in at rehearsal sign-in tables. The Family Information Form is used to make the HVCC directory and email communication lists for each choir. The forms are available at each rehearsal and on the website.

Tuition Payment

HVCC tuition may be paid in one lump sum or monthly. For your convenience, dues have been divided into 9 equal payments to be made at the beginning of each month starting in September and ending in May. Checks may be given to choir coordinators at rehearsal or sent to the choir office at 260 SW Madison, Suite 101, Corvallis, OR 97333. As a rule, monthly reminders are not sent out to families, therefore, thank you in advance for your timely payments this year. It is greatly appreciated.

Selling ads is a great way to make money for your tour account. Selling a full page ad can make as much as $120 for your tour account! If you want to sell ads contact Jon Seitz by email or call 752-0028 to get the forms you need to begin your quest! Please do not contact a business before talking to Jon as the business you have in mind may already be taken by another singer. Deadline for ads is October 20.

Sleigh Ride is coming along and what a nice job you did numbering your measures in Chatter with the Angels. Please finish numbering your measures. There won’t be any choir on Monday October 13th in honor of Carol Nelson’s wedding. Congratulations Carol!!

      I am so proud of your hard work!!! It is fun to see you reading your music. I am impressed with your ability to find your “do’s” in The Big Guy in Red. Many of you finished numbering your measures and put in the “la’s” as well. Great work. Nice job with Chatter with the Angels. There won’t be any choir on Tuesday, October 14th in honor of Carol Nelson’s wedding. Congratulations Carol!!

     SUPER JOB OF learning your new song! And what gorgeous sounds we are getting out of you already!
