• 8:15 Pizza Part at American Dream Pizza on 2nd street downtown. (No host event but space is reserved.)

Thursday, July 2, 2009

• 10:00am-11:30pm Morning rehearsal in the First Presbyterian Church
• 12:00pm to 2:00pm Potluck lunch at Central Park
  • HVCC will reserve the park facility . Family members of alumni are welcome to attend this event!
• 7:00pm to 9:00pm Rehearsal in the First Presbyterian Church

Friday, July 3, 2009

• 9:00am-1:00pm Dress rehearsal in the Austin Auditorium
• 1:00pm Lunch (paying individually – walk to nearby restaurants)
• 2pm Afternoon rest
• 5:00pm Gala Farewell Dinner Banquet at the CH2M Hill Alumni Center (Bring concert attire to dinner and change at LaSells Stewart Center)
• 7:30pm (6:30 call time) Festival Gala Finale Concert in the Austin Auditorium
